AlgoKart is a technology marketplace where independent vendors list algorithmic trading strategies for users to browse, research, and unlock. AlgoKart is not SEBI‑registered and does not provide investment advice, execution, or portfolio management.

AlgoKart is operated by Neelamay Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U66190RJ2025PTC105339), based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Q3. Who can use AlgoKart?
Any Indian resident aged 18 or above.
Accounts & Login
Q4. How do I create an account?
Sign up with your mobile number or email. Verify via OTP or password. You must accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to proceed.
Q5. I forgot my password or cannot log in. What should I do?
Use the “Forgot Password/OTP” feature. If the issue persists, email connect@algokart.in with your registered details and a screenshot.
Payments, Pricing & Refunds
Q6. How are payments processed?
Through Razorpay. Supported modes include UPI, cards, net‑banking, and wallets.
Q7. Are fees refundable?
No. Unlock fees are non‑refundable once access is granted, except in case of technical errors or duplicate charges. See our Refund Policy for details.
Q8. I paid but didn’t get access. What should I do?
Write to connect@algokart.in with your transaction ID, time, and strategy name. We will investigate and either provide access or issue a refund if applicable.
Q9. Who decides the price of a strategy?
Each vendor sets their own pricing. AlgoKart may occasionally run promotions or discounts.
Strategies, Backtests & Performance
Q10. What do I get when I unlock a strategy?
Access to the strategy’s full page, which may include: overview, research, performance metrics, backtests, documents, and community discussions.
Q11. Are backtests reliable?
Backtests are based on historical or simulated data. Vendors must disclose assumptions, but results are hypothetical and not guarantees of future performance.
Q12. Can I share or resell strategies I purchase?
No. Strategies are protected under intellectual property laws. You may use them only for your personal trading research.
Risk, Compliance & Regulation
Q13. Is AlgoKart regulated by SEBI?
No. AlgoKart is a marketplace only and is not registered with SEBI. We do not provide advisory, execution, or portfolio management services.
Q14. Can I lose money by using strategies from AlgoKart?
Yes. Trading is risky and may result in loss of capital. Past performance (including backtests) is not indicative of future returns.
Q15. Does AlgoKart recommend specific strategies?
No. We do not endorse or recommend any particular vendor or strategy. You are responsible for evaluating suitability based on your own risk profile.

Q16. What data does AlgoKart collect about me?

Yes. No abusive language, spam, hate speech, or misleading claims. Violations may result in suspension or account termination.

Q21. Do I need to pay tax on my purchases?
All prices shown include applicable GST (if charged). Invoices are available in your account dashboard.

Q23. Where are disputes resolved?
All disputes are subject to arbitration in Jaipur under Indian law. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.

Q25. Can I change my registered email or phone number?
Yes, from your account settings. Verification will be required.
